Definitely the worst hotel on my last trip to Wyoming.
I was there for one night the last week. Service is terrible. The remote on my room's TV was not working and they didn't have a replacement. Internet connections was on and off all the time.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was included in the price, and unusually for a Super 8, there was a breakfast room serving an "extended" continental breakfast, which was quite good. You are close enough to visit all the sights.
Lovely, spacious room with new bed and duvets. Clean and convenient to Hot Springs Park. Breakfast is adequate.
This hotel was okay, but tall people beware: the shower nozzles were installed for people much shorter than myself, and I hurt my neck every time I took a shower. The internet access didn't work very well, but the pool was nice.
Great stay, room was clean, bed was comfortable, pool was nice Spa was almost too hot.
At the breakfast, around 7 AM, the coffee was gone and no one was around to replace it.
The hotel is on the edge of Thermopolis, about one mile, so you have to drive in for bars and restaurants. There is a diner next to the hotel in walking distance.
