This place was a total surprise. For an incredibly affordable price, we were treated to a clean, comfy room and a free swim in the fountain of youth hot springs. The staff was friendly and helpful. This place is seriously a hidden gem. Would recommend this to anybody who's passing through Thermopolis and needs a solid place to stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and we got a free pass to swim in their hot springs. The motel was priced very well and over all it was incredibly impressive. Would recomend for anyone planning to stay at a fantastic motel for a reasonable price.
This motel was very good. The room smelled good the second we walked in, room and bathroom clean, sheets and blankets soft, staff very friendly, and we got free swimming in the hotsprings with our stay. Cost was very affordable. Overall, you get a lot in your stay, for a low price. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to stay while passing through town for a low cost.
The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was well below average. The carpet had large stains in severel spots. The bathrooms were ok but needed more cleaning. The owner was terrible and unprofessional. Overall I would easily spend $5 or $10 or 20$ more for a cleaner room. We spent 10$ more in a much cleaner hotel and much better environment with a great breakfast. Don't stay here. There are better options.
The hotel was almost empty, should have been a clue. There are no in room phones, so no wake up calls. There are no alarm clocks. The lights worked one minute but not the next. This loud banging started right at 7 am and didn't quit by the time we left. We really enjoyed the wildlife though and didn't even have to leave the room to see it. Dirt on both hard and carpeted surfaces as well as a few insects. The mattresses were so hard as to be unbearable. We wanted basic comforts and instead we were roughing it.
