The front desk area is a bit cheesey with too many carnival-type amusement machines but if you come to relax in thermal springs then this place is super. You can go in and out of cold showers and hot baths or a steam room; turning yourself into a limp noodle and then slip down a curving water slide. It is easy to spend three or four hours here.
The little ones love it! Water slides into warm water??? They think it is pretty fun. Nice for mom and dad to soak too.
Very cool unique place, the guy at the front desk was very professional and helpful. My son had a great time on the slide! The water smells funny but it’s very warm.
We stopped into thermopolis without a towel our suit but Shaun at star plunge rented us a suit for a dollar even tho we only had the time and money visit the free pools next door. It really was a warm feeling being able to take a quick dip even being unprepared. We will definitely be back with much more time to spend with these awesome people. Thank you!
Great place fantastic. The evening life gaurd even in his non happy demeanor could not take the experience to 4 stars. However, the place could be all stars if they trained this young man .
