Two years ago I was scammed by this business and I stood up to him and rejected the outrageous billing he sent. Since then he and his wife have attempted to ruin my name and reputation by lies and rumors about me. So, I urge caution in dealing with this firm. Make sure you get a written estimate before you commit. You could be his next victim.
On one occasion, at 2 am on a Sunday morning, my tenants boiler went out and they had no heat in the middle of a blizzard. I called and woke Steve up and he happily went out to get the heat back on. I was surprised he went, first of all, and secondly, his bill was not that bad for the early morning call.
