Never pass up a place that you've ate at 100 X's just because one bad trip there. You'd only be missing out. I Was invited to Pizza hut today by my friend that orders delivery from there quite often even tho he manages a fine bar/restaurant with golf course. I was hesitant but gave it a try. Totally different than last time I ate there. Wing Street Pizza hut was absolutely wonderful today for lunch. Clean nice staff and management and clean floors tables etc. Salad bar perfect. Never give up on something ya love. I love pizza hut pizza! And eating there with friends. Thank you to staff for working well with management. Your customers appreciate you.
Staff sold pizza to other party. The mistake was taken care of in a very professional manner. Great when we finally received it.
Visited this Pizza Hut on our way to Cody, WY. We ordered (2) 8-piece boneless wings and each arrived with only 7 wings. Probably sounds petty but we made our waitress aware and she and the cook more than made it right by bringing 2 additional 8-piece wings. They were totally friendly and courteous throughout the entire situation and displayed no attitude whatsoever. Had to comment on this cause you rarely see this sort of customer service anymore, especially from the younger generation, of which both employees were. Awesome job guys, 5 stars all the way!!
Usually we enjoy Pizza Hut since its renovation in Thermopolis, but tonight it was a nightmare. No leadership whatsoever and just a bunch of young people, none of whom were in charge. The young man helping us at the cash register said the whole day had been a +#@&+ show! Looks like corporate needs to step in at this place. Will try it once more but if it's more of the same, probably won't try again. The last time we went last spring, it was great!
I was thrilled that the Hut now has gluten free pizza! Very good. And this was a very new building and very nice. Good service as well.
